We’ve been working hard to bring you exciting updates and new features to enhance your experience with our platform. Here's a recap of what we released last month.

1. GDPR compliance

In line with our company's commitment to data privacy and security, Chatling has achieved GDPR compliance. This means that we have implemented the necessary measures to protect personal data and privacy of our users in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We take data privacy seriously, and we are committed to ensuring that our users can trust us with their information.

2. Retrain Link data sources

To ensure your chatbots are as knowledgeable and up-to-date as possible, we've implemented the ability to retrain link sources within the knowledge base. This feature automatically fetches the latest updates from linked data sources, keeping the information your chatbots provide fresh and accurate.

3. Auto-set widget language

We've added an option to automatically set your chatbot's widget language based on the user's browser settings.

To enable this feature, navigate to Appearance > Configure and set the "Interface Language" to Auto.

4. Added Claude 3 AI models

Anthropic's new AI models such as Claude 3 Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus are now available.

5. Enhanced form block validation

We've improved the Form block by adding the capability to define specific input types for each field. This prevents users from entering invalid data, such as incorrect email addresses or numbers. It’s now easier to collect accurate data from users.

6. Quick Replies

To enhance user interaction and efficiency, we've introduced Quick Replies. This feature provides a set of pre-defined responses that users can select with a simple click, eliminating the need to type out responses manually.

Quick Replies can be added to various input blocks, including Text, Number, Email, and URL.
