UX of the Chatbot Builder

Hi! I think the builder user interface could be improved a lot by adding a couple simple interactions like drag to select, copy/paste, undo/redo, etc.

It would also make for a much better user experience to have different mouse buttons for moving the view around and moving objects around. So for example, right click dragging would move the view around and left click dragging would move objects around. I think mistakenly moving or disconnecting stuff would happen a lot less often in that case.

The zooming could also be improved upon by zooming in and out on wherever the mouse is currently pointing, instead of on a static point on the screen (it’s weirdly in the top left, at least for me).

Lastly, being able to rearrange where the connecting lines/arrows come in and out of blocks, would make the whole view a lot more organized and less cluttered.
