We’ve been listening to your feedback and are excited to roll out some new features that make managing your chatbot even easier!
Here’s what’s new:
No more manual updates! You can now set your knowledge base sources to auto-sync at regular intervals—daily, weekly, or monthly. This ensures your chatbot always has the latest data.
Now you can control where your chatbot appears. With domain whitelisting, your chatbot will only load on approved websites. If someone tries to embed it elsewhere, it simply won’t show up.
You can go to Chatbot Settings > Security to whitelist domains.
You can now add custom email addresses for project notifications, so the right team members stay in the loop.
