Your AI Agents just got even smarter — and more multilingual.

You can now add translations for your Agent’s Initial Messages — the messages that appear at the start of a conversation.

Here’s how it works:

• Add translations for as many languages as you like.

• When a user starts chatting, your Agent automatically shows the Initial Message in their language — unless the widget language is manually set to a specific language instead of “Auto”.

• If no translation is available, it gracefully falls back to the default message.

This update makes it easier than ever to create personalized, language-aware experiences for your users right from the first interaction.
