We're excited to launch a feature that will make your chatbots much smarter - Intents!
Think of intents as your chatbot's ability to understand what users want, regardless of how they phrase it. Whether someone says "Where's my order", "Track my package", or "When will it arrive", your chatbot will understand they're asking about order tracking.
Intents can be used to define how your chatbot should respond when it recognizes these user goals. Each intent can be linked to specific conversation flows, enabling the chatbot to act appropriately.
