Triggers are now available

We’re excited to announce the release of Triggers.

Triggers are events that automatically start a specific flow in your chatbot based on user behavior. They enable you to create more dynamic and responsive chatbot experiences.

The following triggers are currently available:

  1. Returning Visitor: This trigger is activated when a visitor returns to your website after some time.

  2. Specific Webpage Opened: This trigger is activated when a visitor opens a specific page on your website.

Additional triggers will be released in the future to support more use cases.
