We’ve added a new integration to the knowledge base to support Zendesk.
You can now connect your Zendesk account seamlessly and import articles from your Zendesk knowledge base into Chatling’s, making it easier than ever to train your AI with the most up-to-date and relevant support content.
Navigate to the Knowledge Base page.
Click + Add source
.
Choose Zendesk
.
Connect your Zendesk account.
Click Load articles
.
Select the articles you want to import and click the Import
button.
