PLEASE make this work with SharePoint online. The knowledge base ALONE is HUGE. I can take my 2200+ documents on how to work on systems, troubleshoot solutions and overall speed up the way people work in IT support. A Floating chatbot in specific sections of SharePoint would be super helpful.
