I need to integrate with video, so that the system captures the transcript and trains the chat with it, when the question is related to the video, show the access link to it.
I think this would be perfect - just to clarify one thing: the video should show inline rather than a link to the video. That will make a seamless experience for the user.

It also should extend beyond video to include images in the knowledge base. Use a good text description / alt tags to tell the AI what the image is, and the chatbot can use it when appropriate.
