Hey! No, this integration will bring our chatbot to WhatsApp so businesses can respond to customers automatically.
I believe the feature you're inquiring about is live chat and handing off a conversation to human support. Am I right? This is on the roadmap and planned for the future.

We just signed up for your website and tested out your bot. It's great and works really fast. Is there a way to integrate it with WhatsApp Business in addition to adding it to websites? If you have any support or features for WhatsApp integration, please let us know. We are a new construction company and we need an AI assistant that works this way. If you have an integration feature for platforms like WhatsApp, we are considering purchasing your service. We would appreciate it if you could get back to us on this. Thank you."
