Accessibility Compliance for Chatling WEB Widget?

  1. Core Feature Checklist: Can you confirm that the widget fully supports the following fundamental accessibility features for screen reader and keyboard users:

    • Full Keyboard Navigation (users can interact with and operate the entire chat interface using the Tab and Enter keys only).

    • Screen Reader Compatibility (proper use of ARIA attributes and semantic HTML).

    • Focus Management (clear visual focus indicators for all interactive elements).

    Hi, the widget isn’t fully accessibility-compliant yet, but improving this is on our roadmap.
