AI agents can operate autonomously, make decisions, and take actions directly without requiring you to create step-by-step flows.

For instance, agents can retrieve and display order status to customers, update orders automatically, allow customers to manage their bookings or subscriptions, and more.

    Having just implemented a chatbot successfully, and very easily, onto a Shopify store, giving customers access to their orders - or enabling staff to retrieve order data via the chatbot would be excellent. Is it planned to work with Shopify?
