Once the basic knowledge is created, I would like to be able to pass training instructions during the single chat. Let me explain better. On a site I have a data collection form. I create the custom widget by adding variables that take data from the form or from other sources related to the specific user session. I use these variables to add information to the chat session, effectively extending the basic knowledge for the single chat session
