Allow HTML include elements in Knowledge Base import

Currently, when importing content from a web page into the Knowledge Base, you can specify particular HTML ids and classes to exclude.

It would be great to be able to specify the reverse, and nominate the HTML ids and classes to include instead. On some sites, the actual content is very easy to specify with one id or class rather than a long list of other elements to excllude.
