Auto minimize chat window on end chat
It would be good to add an action trigger to automatically close or minimize chat window when user chooses to end chat rather than the user having to manually select the minimize chat button. I want him/her to carry on browsing my website after his queries have been answered

Giving this a bump.
We need a way to close the chat after inactivity for a period of time.
The concern is that we could be missing chats if the conversation isn’t closed properly.
