Automatically tag important chats

It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to automatically mark a conversation as “Important” when a user triggers specific intents.

Right now, this can only be done manually in the conversation dashboard. But for teams that want to prioritize and classify key inquiries quickly, an automation option would be a huge productivity boost.
