Better "select all" for sources

In the knowledge base, it would be nice if “select all” meant actually selecting all sources, instead of only the 100 visible ones. That, or being able to select how many sources to show instead of the standard 100. We have over 2000 sources, for example, so doing everything per 100 is quite tedious.
