Customization and Beautification of the Chatbot

Currently there are very few options of customizing the appearance of the chatbot. As of now you can change the icon and change the color text of the chat.

Despite doing all of this my chatbot’s appearance is not up to the mark. One suggestion that i have is if we can add the logo of our own organization at the back of the chatbot and those who want to further add certain margins at the sides of the chatbot..

Further font ideas, text size etc can also be improved more.

Rest beautification ideas you can also suggest. But currently this is a need of the hour as it has been suggested by many peers of mine.
