Thanks for the response Ali. I have emailed this error using the support@chatling.ai email address along with a request for a custom plan, but haven't heard anything back. The support responses have always been very good, but I’ve been left hanging at the moment. Thanks,

Is there a character limit on a URL/page? I know the text documents have a limit of 5 million, does that apply to all data sources in the KB?

Hi David, if a page is very large, it could lead to a timeout when our crawler attempts to fetch its content. If you could email the list of problematic URLs, we can take a look to see what’s happening.
