Model updates take too long
I don’t understand why it often takes several weeks or even months until new models become available here. For instance, Gemini 3.5 Flash would offer a fantastic balance between speed, intelligence and cost. GPT 5.5 has been released 5 weeks ago. For Opus your supported version is 4 months behind the curve. And since quite some time the frontier models come with a set of controls such as “effort” or “fast mode” that could change things for customer support intelligence. I’m not saying we need every single update instantly. But I can’t see a clear strategy behind the model selection and how and when updates come to the platform.

I am experiencing an issue where the instructions I entered in the AI Configuration's Instructions are reflected well in the preview, but they are not being applied in the actual web chat I created. I appreciate your product and have been exploring its features extensively. I’m really enjoying the experience, and I’d like to suggest a few enhancements that could further improve usability, especially for complex workflows: Feature Suggestions: Multi-Selection for Group Blocks – Allow users to select and move multiple group blocks simultaneously. This would greatly enhance workflow organization, particularly in complex scenarios. Flexible Arrow Nodes – Enable arrows to originate from the left side of a block, not just the right. This would improve diagram flexibility and readability. "End" Symbol/Node – Introduce an official "End" node to clearly indicate the conclusion of a workflow. Topic Tabs for Organization – Implement topic-based tabs to help simplify and manage complex workflows more efficiently. Bug Report: I attempted to use the builder on my iPad, but it did not function properly. It would be great if this could be optimized for mobile and tablet use. Using the URL crawler to add sources.
Hi, When the crawler returns > 500 URLs, you have to manually remove the existing ones, which in my case was > 50. That's a very tedious and time-consuming task. And something that will require looking for the existing ones one by one and removing them from URLs that have just been crawled. Do you have any solutions to this? Except for removing all the sources I added earlier and completing a fresh crawl, I truly appreciate any assistance you may offer.
