We are experiencing an issue when trying to add content to the Knowledge Base (KB) in Chatling.
For all companies created in the past week, it is not possible to add any type of KB (files or text). Every attempt results in the following error:
"An error occurred (CODE: 3239)"
The error happens consistently, regardless of the type of content being uploaded.
Important details:
The issue affects all newly created companies
Other chatbots outside this scenario are working normally
The failure occurs in 100% of attempts
We need assistance to identify the root cause and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
