Unable to connect whatsapp via facebook. this error has come at final step in the chatling. why check in facebook account its already available in the parners section. please resolve the issue this is the error message has come ““Phone number registration or deregistration failed because there were too many attempts for this phone number in a short period of time”

    Hi Sri, WhatsApp requires 2FA to be enabled. If you had set a phone for 2FA previously, you have to enter the same PIN.

    If you don’t remember the PIN, you can change it by going to the Phone Numbers page in WhatsApp Manager, click the settings icon next to the phone number, select the “Two-Step Verification” tab and choose “Change PIN”.

    As for the error message, WhatsApp limits the registration to 10 attempts in a 24-hour window. As such, you need to wait for this to reset and retry after 24 hours.

      Hi Ali, thank for your update. i have done after 24hrs. again stuck at 2FA. its giving an error after entering 2FA “ Phone number registration or degregistration failed there were too many attempts for ths phone number short period of time” while checking in facebook whatsapp section. Chatling is shown as registered and activateed. Please advance how to overcome. if i have to send an email to facebook, please send a help line email id.
