Exceeding the base data on starter plan

I am on starter plan, which says that I have unlimited knowledge base data sources. I created a second project. When I try to index based on sitemap, I get this message. You will exceed your plan's data sources limit. You can add 100 more data sources to your knowledge base. Upgrade your plan to remove this limit. I also cannot see dashboard statistics, telling me that I should uprgrade. Shouldn´t my starter package cover more projects?
