Failed to fetch data.

I’m seeing an issue in the Chatling.ai analytics dashboard. Under “When do users chat the most?”, the heatmap is not loading and shows this error: Failed to fetch data. Last week when I open the dashboard it shows the heatmap but when I opened it today, it shows the error. I have whitelisted my website, I’ve cleared my cache and it still shows this error. Can anyone help me?
