Hello, Our clients are unable to contact us on all our 29 bots. This is the error code they are getting on both livechat and whatsapp Can you please tell us what the error code means and when will it be fixed??

    Hey, I’m getting this again — the same error code. Can you explain what it means? And no, I’m not using Claude, just OpenAI, which is not down.
