Faq part on the data base, seems to be one of the most useful things you have, shame you can not edit it, you can only put new questions and answers, but you can not edit the ones you have already created!
I have found creating your own FAQ document produces better AI responses. Essentially, I’ve moved all the FAQ’s from the system to a Word document and am using that instead of the system FAQs.
