This feature is essential for us. We are actively testing Chatling and would love to use it in production, but being able to escalate to a human agent within the same chat is a deal-breaker.
The current workaround (email or external tools) adds too much friction. Is there an ETA for release? We’d be happy to help beta test it if possible.
Keep up the great work — Chatling is really promising!
