Improve UX of the Conversations menu

I like to look through the conversations to keep tabs on what our visitors are asking us about. I mark them as “closed” after viewing each one. However, after I mark a conversation as closed, it doesn’t select the next one, so I have to manually click on each and every conversation.

It would be much better if closing a conversation immediately selected the next one in the list. Even better, I would love it if you added shortcuts. If I could just type “C” to close a ticket and switch to the next one, I could get through my review process much more quickly.
