Individual User Authentication

I am currently using Chatling in a multi-user environment where multiple employees interact with the chatbot. At present, access is protected by a single shared password, which limits control and visibility over individual usage.

I would like to request a feature enhancement that allows the creation of individual login credentials for each employee, with separate passwords. This would enable:

• Better user-level access control

• Improved data security

• Enhanced tracking and accountability

Implementing this feature would significantly improve how we manage access across our team. Moreover, if such a functionality is introduced, we are highly likely to upgrade to a higher-tier subscription plan, as it would make the platform much more viable for larger teams like ours.
