Instagram Integration

Hi everyone,

I’d love to strongly support the Instagram Direct integration.

Many of us rely on Instagram as a key communication channel with customers, and having native support in Chatling would greatly enhance its value as an omnichannel platform.

Please consider prioritizing this, it’s becoming a critical need for businesses like mine. Pleas support if you are part of the community.

Thanks for all your amazing work!

may i know when this will happen

Hi colleagues,

I see that this Instagram Integration request is now in a Planned status.

Are there any expectations when a development will begin?

Thank you.

What’s up?

Is there an Instagram integration already ?
