INTENTS are being ignored

HELP!!! 2 days ago, my chat/logic tree was working perfectly.
Today, ALL INTENTS paths are being completely ignored by the system.
I didn’t make any changes; something else has happened.
I have no idea how to fix it, please help, I’m now desperate!!! Thank you.

    I am so confused. I began testing, and now it seems as if the INTENTs are working again. Did AI start hallucinating all of a sudden? I’m so confused, and would love to know how to prevent this from happening in the future. I totally panicked.

      Hi, there was an outage with the AI provider we use for intents, which led to the issue you were facing. It’s since been resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
