Length of the Answers

I have upgraded to the starter plan for my chatbot.. recently i observed that the bot does not give full answers. It refers to the right document but stops giving the answer after it has reached a particular length. Why is it so? and what can be the possible solution for this? Request you to kindly help with this. Let me know if this can be resolved or whether this is a drawback.. Waiting for your prompt response.
