Maintainance Mode to temporary stop accept questions

Feature Request

After we deploy the chatbot in production, we will continue fine-tuning the bot with new knowledgebase, new rule, change LLM models,etc.

It will be good that there is a option to allow to set a Maintenance mode to stop chatbots to receive any input questions and announce when the chatbots service will be resume

    Hi, you can set the chatbot to Private from Chatbot Settings so it is hidden from all places where it's embedded. This way, it would stop receiving questions until you set it back to Public.
