Missing Inputs in Conversations View on Dashboard

We’ve recently encountered an issue with our dashboard on the Chatling platform.

Conversations are not being properly recorded/shown - some user entries from the chat are missing (“Selected Services #2, #3, #4“ in our case). This issue has only appeared recently; the chat had been functioning normally before.

Additionally, we’ve noticed that in the Conversations view, the user’s questions are missing with only the answers visible. This issue has only appeared recently.

Could you please let us know how this can be resolved?
