I've attached a screenshot from MS Dynamics/Click Dimensions of their builder, in this case, an email campaign.
This shows the number of users and the percentage of users who make it through to each step.
They use TABS to toggle within the builder for this view.
Having a view into these stats would be very beneficial in the optimization of the chat workflow.
