Order Tracking - HELP ?

While trying to create a bot for ecommerce platform like woocommerce, tried to get live order status since last 3 weeks in all possible ways through chatGPT or reading your documentation several time. Though unable to solve order tracking..though we are trying to get by ourselves and tried reaching you twice ,could not solve the problem, its difficult to continue with your service.. try to provide some videos or support team help in the form of call or solving through screen share will help the issue.
