We’re currently using your chatbot internally, where multiple employees interact with it throughout the day. One challenge we’re facing is that after every chat session ends, users are required to re-enter their name manually to start a new session. This becomes repetitive and time-consuming, especially during frequent interactions.
We’d like to request a feature that allows the chatbot to remember the user’s name either through local storage, session cookies, or a login-based mechanism—so that employees don’t have to type their names every time.
This would streamline the workflow, reduce friction, and improve usability significantly for teams using Chatling in a shared or professional setting.
Please let us know if this feature is in your roadmap or if there’s a recommended workaround we could implement in the meantime.
Thanks for your support!
