I think feedback is very important for retaining customers. Personally, I'd like to know as soon as something has gone haywire so I could start working on it, as opposed to having to constantly test things. -- If this already exists, please disregard.
Two small icons, a thumbs up and thumbs down (thumbs down would trigger a report dialog or a flag of some sort) would be awesome. Similar to chatGPT, I guess you could say.

Hi, there's an option available that requests users to rate a bot's response. You can enable it from Customize > Configure > Ask user to rate response.
