Restarting Chat in Whatsapp

I have everything up and running in a whatsapp agent. I just can’t seem to get the chat to restart automatically after let’s say 1hour, or get it figured out what to do if the user puts invalid commands into the system and cannot go back due to for example deleting the chat and getting stuck in a flow with no previous options. Chatling does not have a built in fall back, so how do I get around this?
