This would make Chatling so much more attractive for the use in apps and logged in areas of websites. Right now the bot needs to ask questions to identify a user who is already known and that’s really annoying. I see it’s not so high in the priorities, but from a business perspective I would prioritize it due to the improved value proposition and much bigger addressable market.
