Share Knowledge Bases between multiple chatbots, not just 1:1

We want to be able to have different departments each have their own Project so that we can assign Analyst roles and have discreet knowledge bases each department can manage independently. However, we also want all bots to share each other’s knowledge, so that it feels like 1 seamless experience to the customer chatting with the bot. The current knowledge base linking feature only lets you connect 1 secondary bot to 1 other primary bot’s knowledge base, but you can’t link more than 1, and that secondary bot doesn’t have a knowledge base of its own.

Our goal is to have “one” chatbot experience for the customer on the front end, but easy management of multiple, discreet knowledge bases on the back end. This way, different departments could have their own Projects with Analyst roles, seeing only their bot’s analytics and conversations and knowledge base, but on the front end, all the bots would know everything that all the others do.
