    Finding this feedback forum, for me, was a HUGE boost to the perceived legitimacy of your product. I work in marketing and I would like to recommend that you make your product/service more visible on youtube and other avenues to increase the perceived legitimacy.

    Everything looks great on the homepage and in the dashboard. All features are clean and work very well. Grammar and spelling are in great shape site-wide, but people need to see reviews and some interaction with the community in order to build trust in your company. Great job so far! I am strongly considering purchasing a paid plan.

      Thanks for the feedback. I agree with all the points you've mentioned and I'm glad that you brought them up. We will definitely work on implementing them.

    Can you please tell me of ay concerns, problems, or things that you did not like with this Charbot, and please suggest how we may make it better, change or implement changes for improvement.

    Could we have the ability to (above the keyboard) add 1 custom button

    So like not a button in the chat itself because then you can’t type without clicking it, but a button on top of the keyboard.

    So I am busy creating a whatsapp bot for my takeaway shop. But I can’t seem to figure out how to do auto calculations of items and prices for example how do I multiply the current_price with current_quantity to load to a cart? Please advise

    Can we have the ability to better customise the start screen for our AI to have more of a bigger header and custom start screen as shown below so we can have a custom start screen and then it returns to the normal screens of chatling.
