Shift+Enter should create a new line

Currently, when pressing Shift+Enter in the chat input, the message is submitted instead of creating a new line. This behavior can be frustrating when trying to format messages with line breaks. I believe Shift+Enter should allow users to add a new line, while Enter alone should handle message submission.

It would also be great to have this as a configurable option, allowing users to choose their preferred behavior in the settings. This would improve the typing experience, especially for longer messages.
