Urgent Help Required!

It has been days since i have posted about certain features that are of utmost importance and would take my chatbot to the next level. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received a response.

I see that there are many good features on this platform that no other platform offers, yet they are of no use if we do not get the instructions or support to use it to its maximum level.

I need a response on this as soon as possible!
