View collected variables in database table

You allow the creation of custom variable such as user_question, AI_user_question_response, etc. In my analytics, I would like to have a table where I can see all these variables from different chats in a list view, instead of having to sort through every individual conversation. This data could also contain metadata such as chat duration, browser, device type, geolocation, etc.
