We're experiencing an urgent issue with the "Create Zoho Ticket" feature

Issue description:
This feature has worked reliably for over a year with no problems. As of today, it has stopped working correctly:

  • Live Chat: After collecting the user's name, email, etc., the workflow should proceed to create a Zoho ticket. Instead, it just stays on "loading" indefinitely β€” no success message, no error message, nothing. Then, after a few minutes: CODE: 2262

  • WhatsApp: The flow fails with: "An error occurred. CODE: 1743"
