Intents
Intents represent the purposes behind a user's input in a conversation. They allow admins define specific routes or actions the chatbot should take based on the user's intention, rather than just the literal words used.
By setting up intents, you can create more intelligent and context-aware conversations, enabling your chatbot to understand and respond to user queries more effectively, even when the input varies in phrasing or structure.

Adding my +1 to this. At present the conditions require the user to type a literal word in their answer. The docs give the example of responding “Rent” or “Buy” to a question about real estate. In that situation, we might as well present the user with buttons that say “Rent” or “Buy”.
What sets an AI chatbot apart is its ability to interpret user input - their intent. So we need to be able to define a route conditional on the user’s intent.
In my use case, the chatbot would be a learning support tool. Once the user has demonstrated understanding on the subject, I want to send them to the next defined step. When they demonstrate understanding they may / may not use a specific word or phrase, so they existing conditions don’t cut it - I want the chatbot to interpret the user’s response and act accordingly.
